The Website www.beprivacy.it (hereinafter “Site”) is managed by BePrivacy S.r.l. (hereinafter “Company” or “BePrivacy”, for Company details see section 7) as Data Controller. BePrivacy has adopted technical and security measures to ensure that information obtained from theirs users hereinafter, “user”, “users” or “you”) will be carried out in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, accuracy, purpose and storage limitations, data minimisation, integrity and confidentiality, in accordance with the national and european provisions.

This privacy policy (or “Policy”) is required in accordance with art. 13 Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 (hereinafter “Code”) and with art. 13 General Data Protection Regulation n. 679/2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”) and illustrates how this information is used, shared and how may be accessed, changed or deleted. This Policy is in conformity with Recommendation n. 2/2001 related to the minimum requirements for online data collection in the European Union, adopted on 17 May 2001 by the Article 29 Working Party.

This Policy s intended for this Site, whilst it does not apply to other websites that could potentially be accessed by clicking external links.

Personal Data collected with the Site are the following:

b) Data provided on a voluntarily basis
Through the Site, user have the possibility to voluntarily provide Personal Data, such as name and e-mail address for subscribing to the newsletter, to request a demo or information through different form on the Site.
In that sense, user waive, in the full sense of the term, the right to all disputes, claims for damages due to processing and so on, which may be submitted to BePrivacy of the Third party whose Personal Data have been processed through your use of the Site in breach of the applicable law.

c) Marketing
User could voluntarily provide us with Personal Data to receive commercial or promotional communications. These activities may be made by automated means (social networks, e-mail and newsletter).
In every communication we kindly remind that users may revoke their consent, or object to information already provided and processed, without difficulties. Personal data are deleted on simple request.
In particular, this Site uses a form to subscribe to our newsletter, provided by MailChimp. This is a specific newsletter service managed by Rocket Science Group, LLC, ‐ Atlanta, USA, which use cookie for statistical information on access and visits of the Site.
